Commercial HVAC Repairs
Why is my heat not working?
Commercial heating and cooling systems undergo a lot of stress because they are usually running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the unit is not producing any heat the most common things to check for are:
-
Thermostat - no power may mean batteries need replacing, if there is power to the thermostat have a look at the heating and cooling settings. Sometimes the fix can be a simple as turning the setting to heat or cool. Other times a preset program can be interfering with your desired settings.

-
Circuit breaker - check your breaker box to make sure no breakers are tripped.

Regular maintenance of your commercial HVAC equipment is important but repairs aren’t always the result of neglect. Sometimes components or parts fail and in many cases are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
